Custom Triple Butted Hydroformed Tubing results in a frame that is strong, responsive, comfortable, and lightweight. Tube wall thickness is strictly controlled to offer strength at welds with lightness and compliance in tube centres. The custom bottom bracket yoke gives large tyre clearance whilst ensuring stiff power transfer. Hydroforming allows for Transitional ovalized D shaped tube profiles. Transitioning into flatter profiles along the length of the top tube and down tube. This offers increased stiffness or compliance as required in each area of the tube. Bridgeless seat stays reduce trail chatter. Box sectioned chainstays result in direct power transfer under pedal load.

Rockshox Judy Silver TK 29″ Boost Fork gives 130mm of super smooth travel for attacking the trail without unbalancing the handling. Full size legs for accurate handling and smooth stroke however hard you ride. Adjustable DebonAir spring and Motion Control damping are easy to adjust for every ride and rider.

SRAM SX Eagle groupset. Positive, 12 speed sequential shifting up to a 50 tooth wall climbing winch. Clutch rear mech and X-Sync2 tech for quiet chain security however rowdy you get. Ultra durable steel chainring with DUB axle to power up climbs and laugh off big landings. SRAM Level hydraulic disc brakes for effective, lightweight all weather control.

The Scandal’s 29 inch wheels roll smooth and fast no matter how rough it gets. Wide profile WTB i30 rims built onto weather durable sealed cartridge bearing hubs. matched with mud capable Panaracer Firesport 2.35in tyres.
