The Titus El Viajero is a modern cross country 29er hardtail. With slacker and longer geometry than the traditional XC bike. Designed around a 100 to 120mm fork, with a steeper seat tube and huge tyre clearance, its massively capable.

Meticulously designed and constructed using Aerospace Grade 9 3AL-2.5V Titanium to offer unparalleled lightness, strength, and ride quality, its made for the long haul and has a lifetime frame warranty to prove it. The 68.5 degree head angle is a little slacker than more traditional CX bikes. This offers greater mechanical trail for better technical singletrack performance, without affecting climbing credentials. Longer chain stays give stability, especially when loaded. 64mm BB drop keeps rider planted whilst ensuring ground clearance. Balanced stack and slightly longer reach figures suited to fast paced CX or endurance adventures. Steeper 74 degree seat tube angle puts the rider above the crank for better pedalling efficiency. Geometry designed around a 100mm to 120mm suspension fork.

Consisting of 94.5% titanium, 3% aluminium and 2.5% vanadium, 3AL-2.5V Titanium is the premium material for building bicycle frames. It has optimal, strength, fatigue endurance and corrosion-resistance. In fact, Titanium has the highest strength-to-weight ratio of all known metals, having the same strength as steel but saving 45% of the weight. Every tube, weld, profile, and feature has been meticulously designed to offer strength, responsiveness, comfort, and lightness. With an unmistakable ride quality, titanium is extremely corrosion resistant, meaning no rust (inside or out) whatever the climate.

The custom bottom bracket yoke gives massive 29er x 2.75” tyre clearance for mud clearing. Whilst also ensuring stiff power transfer. The BSA 73mm Bottom Bracket is ultra-durable, creak free and easily serviceable. Cables are routed externally for accessibility and ease of service. Stealth dropper post routed. The CNC machined headtube badge and yoke decals are a thing of beauty.
